Are languages other than English currently supported? For example, French/Spanish/Italian…. Is there any intention of supporting other languages?

No.  Currently, VocabSushi is an English-only site, sorry!  It was hard enough getting the backend to pull in good, useful sentences automatically.  Unfortunately, I’d have to hire a language specialist to work on pursuing this in other languages.  It’s something I’ve been asked about a lot and it’s definitely something we will want to pursue down the road.  But at the moment, VocabSushi is focused on English and we’d like to expand the user base in this language before jumping into any other language.

However, if you are interested in helping to create a non-English, let’s say French, version (ie, you have a list of French vocab words and large volumes of French text that can be indexed), then by all means let me know and we can look into it.  Email me at jeff@vocabsushi.com.
